Seeing Red introduces fundamental calming skills to help manage anger.

When things don’t go his way, Felix is ‘quick to anger’. When Felix ‘fires up’, his words and actions are unfriendly. He does not stop to think about the consequences of his actions, or how his actions affect both himself and others. He just acts!

In this story, children learn that it’s okay to feel angry, but it is what we do with our anger that matters. Children learn that using skills to cope with anger leads to positive outcomes.
